BEGINNER LEVEL

BEGINNER ESSENTIALS

Ready to dive into Reformer Pilates? The Beginner Essentials Reformer class is your perfect starting point! Whether you're new or just want to sharpen your skills, this class has you covered. We'll focus on technique and alignment while guiding you through the basics of Reformer Pilates. Expect a full-body workout that’s all about control, precision, and having fun on the Reformer! Don’t forget to bring your grippy socks—let’s make this a smooth ride!

INTERMEDIATE

FLOW REFORMER

Get ready to flow and glow with our Reformer Pilates Flow class! This is a full-body conditioning session designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles with a mix of functional movements and classic Reformer exercises. We’ll tone, firm, and balance your body while sprinkling in some cardio to keep things lively! Perfect for anyone familiar with Reformer Pilates who’s looking for that sweet, satisfying burn. And yes, bring those grippy socks—you’ll need them!

PLEASE NOTE: if you have never tried reformer pilates then please try a beginner class first!

INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED

ADVANCED REFORMER

Feeling up for a challenge? The Advanced Reformer class is designed for those ready to push their limits and take their Reformer Pilates practice to the next level. With creative transitions, varied tensions, props, long holds, and cardio bursts, you’ll leave feeling like a total Rockstar—endorphins and all! Perfect for seasoned practitioners looking to elevate their game. Just a heads up: this one’s not for beginners, those with injuries, or during pregnancy. And yes, those grippy socks are a must!

REFORMER (ALL LEVELS)

STRETCH & RESET

Need a little recovery or just want to unwind? Our Stretch and Reset class is the perfect way to ease tension, restore balance, and feel rejuvenated from head to toe. Using gentle, flowing movements on the Reformer, along with light stretches and mindful breathwork, this class is designed to lengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and release any tightness you've been holding onto. Whether you've had a tough workout or a long week at the office, you'll leave feeling refreshed, and re-centered. Suitable for all levels and especially ideal for those who want to take a moment to reconnect with their bodies. Don't forget your grippy socks!

OUR RECOMMENDATION

For Reformer newbies, we recommend diving into at least 3 beginner classes before levelling up. This way, you’ll glide into the next stage with ease and confidence. But hey, no rush—feel free to hang out in the beginner zone as long as you like! Enjoy the ride!
